What can I say? Everyone here at Pacific NW Dentistry is kind and amazing! Dr.Banh took his time to explain everything to me and the treatments I would be needing for my teeth. I felt comfortable and welcomed coming here every time and would recommend this place to anyone who's ever needing any dental work done!
I have been visiting Pacific Northwest Dentistry since April. I usually have a hard time sticking to one dental office because it’s been difficult to find a place with great service and staff. Pacific Northwest Dentistry, on the other hand, has been absolutely amazing. The staff are always warm and welcoming and answer any questions you may have. I have never felt uncomfortable in this office. Dr.Banh is an exceptional provider and is very knowledgeable. He’s always ready to answer any questions I may have. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office for any dental visits! They truly value patient care and experience.

I’ve been going here consistently for a couple years now after putting off dental work for the past 20 years of my life. I was always afraid of going to the dentist but everyone here including the staff and Dr Banh have been so friendly and great to work with. I trust them and they even helped out during a recent dental emergency that was a simple fix with medication! Recommend everyone at least give them a try if you’re looking for a new dentist. Dr Banh is a fun dentist!
Love this dentist! No frills, they don’t overcharge you or upcharge you like crazy. I trust them with my care and they do a great job. I’ve referred multiple people who also love them. My teeth and gums have improved in health since I started coming here. Love that they take requests for music for you when you sit in the chair ☻
As a new patient you take a lot of things into consideration when finding a new dentist. Staff, knowledge, availability, equipment, environment, friendliness, cleanliness. And from the moment I first contacted their office it’s been a fantastic experience. Very thorough with their services, very informative, and they genuinely care. I’ve done cavities, and recently a crown and couldn’t be happier. This is my go to dental practice.
I always have an amazing experience coming here. Dr. Bahn is super nice, such an expertise with his works. I love the team, they really take care of me whenever I have appts. The comfort and communication is plus for me. The clinic feels so homy and welcoming, they talked me through the every options, procedures, and cleaning for my teeth. I see myself stay with this team for a long time unless my insurance change and they don’t take it, I’d be really sad, I hope it doesn’t come to that😂. I highly recommend Dr. Bahn and his team, for any dental work. Shout out to Gabby, Jaime, Victoria and other girls that I haven’t memorized your name I apologize you know who you are. You guys are just remarkable and I am so grateful to be one of your patient. I appreciate all of you.
I’m sure I’m odd, I love having my teeth cleaned! The best oral hygienist is Maggie at PNW Dentistry. She is extremely personable and can have a great conversation with you with her hands in your mouth, you don’t have to say anything. I also love my dentist Dr Banh, he is fun and an extreme perfectionist (shouldn’t all dentist be perfectionist?) . He is never to busy to fix a broken filling! I’m always excited for my appointments.
I moved to Washington about 5 years ago and since then I’ve been trying to find a good dentist to go to. I went on Yelp and found that this dental office had great reviews and comments so I decided to book an appointment. I’ve been going here for about a year now and it’s honestly the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone is SO NICE. Victoria and Jamie are both such a delight! They are always so personal and kind. Gabby and Sierra are awesome too. They make me feel super comfortable in place where no one really likes to visit. Dr. Banh and Maggie are also so amazing. They explain everything so thoroughly and they are both great at what they do.
I love love Dr. Banh and his staffs especially Victoria. They are very personal and accommodating especially to my requests. I’ve been with his office for about 4-5 years and never been dissatisfied once. I’ll be moving further away but planning to continue going to him because it hard to find a dentist that you like!!
I came to this dentist after not having work done on my mouth for over 3 years. I knew there was some issues that needed to be addressed quickly. All of the ladies from the front and the back are so nice! Dr. Bahn is very careful and knowledgeable. I needed a tooth extracted and they were able to fit me in right away! Throughout the extraction I felt very little to no pain. Constantly Dr.Bahn was asking me if I felt any pain and if I did he would numb me up even more. He is very gentle with his patients and takes very good care of them. The atmosphere in this place is incredible. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing a dentist!
The BEST dentist office. The staff and Dr. Bahn go above and beyond to help with whatever you need. They are flexible with scheduling and awesome with communication. Couldn’t recommend more!!
As a healthcare worker myself, I would highly recommend Pacific NW Dentistry for anyone who is needing dental work done! Dr. Banh and the whole team provide the highest quality patient care that anyone could ask for. Victoria, who is super amazing, was able to schedule me in on short notice to see Dr. Banh for a tooth and gum pain situation that I had going on. After having such an amazing experience here, I decided to come back and get my crown done that I needed. Dr. Banh and Gabriela made all my procedures painless, informative, and fun! I feel at ease coming here and can't wait to get future dental work done from their amazing team.
Finally got the chance to come here myself; starting with the atmosphere of going into the dentistry was super welcoming and quiet. I was assisted by the dental assistant who made me feel super comfortable. We were definitely holding up a conversation and she was super nice. The dentist himself is so genuine and just a wonderful person overall. He doesn't judge you if you have messed up teeth and continuously tells you that you're doing a good job during the whole service. They have a massaging chair when you get work done on your teeth and music to help calm your nerves. Just a great dentistry overall and have no complaints because there's probably no where better than here to see a dentist. They are open to the questions I asked and always had the answers for them; which I can say most medical places don't answer you on spot.
Dr. Banh is a wonderful dentist. He's very patient and kind and recommends only what is necessary. He and his dental assistants have been very kind in dealing with my older brother who has had a lifetime fear of "the dentist." Dr. Banh is professional, showing many images and explaining to me and my brother, various options, with care and humor in an easygoing manor that my brother is no longer worried. We totally trust Dr. Banh and highly recommend Pacific NW Dentistry.
Dr Bahn is an excellent dentist! He and his staff are very caring and provide top notch dental care. Unlike many other dentists, Dr. Bahn only recommends the truly necessary work and procedures that need to be done to your teeth. His focus isn't on getting rich, it's patient care. I particularly like the fact that he takes many photos of your dental problems to justify why he is recommending that a certain procedure be done. Unlike other dentists he's also very willing to "watch" problematic teeth, rather than jump at the chance to sell you a crown or perform an unnecessary root canal. His team is always professional and courteous. They're always in good spirits and happy to answer all your questions. I highly recommend Dr Bahn and his staff at PNW dentistry!
I’m not sure how many people can say that they genuinely enjoy going to the dentist but that has always been my experience as a patient of Dr. Bahn and his staff. 10+ years as a patient for myself and children. Although I’ve relocated as well as my children we still believe in making the trek back to Auburn for his exceptional service.
Dr B is a great dentist. I don’t like going to the dentist but he and his staff make the experience less stressful. I have been going to Dr B for several years and trust his expertise and knowledge.
Dr Banh and the team are awesome. I got two crowns put on, Dr Banh did a great job and answered all my questions. He’s personable and pays attention to details.
Everyone at Pacific NW Dentistry was so kind and patient. They answered all my questions and talked me through everything they were doing, which really helped with my anxiety. They also play cool music! I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
A dentist visit is usually never a fun experience, but having such a friendly and welcoming staff here at PNW dentistry makes it more pleasant. The entire staff does their best to help you relax and have a comforting experience from start to finish! I have been coming here for the past 5 years and will continue to refer my friends and family for their dentistry needs.
