Very welcoming from Aubrey at the front desk to the assistants and to Dr. Banh. Was impressed with the upgraded technology that relieved a lot of my dental discomfort in past experiences with other dentists. I left very pleased and was able to get my family to be patients!
I had not been to the dentist office in around 20 years. I had an issue with a tooth and found PNW Dentistry. They made me feel comfortable right away... After 20 years I was a liitle embarrassed to have them look at my teeth, but they explained everything that needed to be accomplished. If you are in the same position of not being a fan of the dentist, I would recommend trying these guys. I have already made follow up appointments.....
Dr. Banh is such an amazing and thorough dentist. He always takes the time to actually explain what is going on with my teeth and takes the time to show me through pictures. I never had a dentist which took the time to explain why things are being done. My teeth feel much healthier and cleaner. I'm now in the middle of my invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier with the services and attention I've received over the past 2yrs I've been a patient.
Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Dr. Jean-Paul Banh works both as a dentist and as an educator at the University of Washington. Because of this, I figure he is up to date with the latest dentistry methods while also existing at the front of the line in all things...dental? The routine cleaning I had seemed fairly typical (though maybe a little short? I actually have no context for reference because I've only ever been to one other dentist in my life), and Dr. Jean-Paul Banh actually takes pictures of the inside of your mouth in case you were curious about how beautiful it is there.
I have never recommended any dentist before but I am so pleased with Dr. Banh I felt I should take the time to write a review. I have many bad experiences with dentists in the past but in need of a cleaning and taking care of one tooth that was giving me problems I looked for a dentist and happily found Dr. Banh. The staff is friendly and informative. Dr Banh fully explained what was needed to be done. I have had four visits so far and each time feel at ease and relaxed through out the procedure. Defiantly will be continuing with my dental care under Dr. Banh and his wonderful staff.
After reading all the perfect reviews on Yelp of Dr. Bahn at Pacific NW Dentistry I figured I'd take a leap of faith and give him and his staff a try. This was a big step for me. Especially considering I've had horrible experiences with multiple dentists in the Seattle Tacoma vicinity. My initial visit with Dr. Bahn was for the repair of a failed filling and cavity. Both of these issues were on the same tooth. Throughout the drilling and filling process Dr. Bahn continually asked if I was doing okay. He was extremely thorough and took digital pictures throughout the exam so I could see the damaged tooth and he could justify why he was doing what he was doing. I particularly liked this aspect of the experience. At the end of the procedure he showed me pictures of my repaired tooth and I was definitely impressed wth the quality of his work. Dr Bahn continued to wow me during my recent tooth cleaning and checkup. He and his staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Bahn said he is conservative and does only work that is necessary and this was proven when he actually suggested that we watch a few of my teeth for now. This was music to my ears after having encountered multiple aggressive dentists in Lakewood and Seattle who seemed interested in performing unnecessary procedures in order to increase profits. In short Dr Bahn is great and I think I have found my new dentist in western WA at PNW Dentistry.
I had a few concerns about my teeth which prompted me to look for a dentist near home.I read strong positive reviews about Dr Jean-Paul Banh and his office staff. Wow, those reviews are spot on. this office is quite amazing, From Aubrey to Dr Banh. He's brilliant and thorough, and takes his time work on your teeth and also talk to you about your dental profile. What's good, what to watch, and what you will need to do to moving forward. I left feeling at ease and informed, more than ever before at a dentist. I feel like I "know" my teeth. And I know they're in great hands. Best dentist ever! Dr. Banh is amazing! He has been mine and my husbands dentist. I was terrified of dentists and needles before I met him. He repaired a filling for my husband that another dentist had messed up. He did my braces and fillings as well. Great dentist!!!! I highly recommend him to everyone! Him and Aubrey treat you like family not just a patient!
